Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We will ship your orders only from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, using courier services (SEUR and Correos.es) throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We only deliver orders within Spain and the Balearic Islands. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the order receipt date for mainland Spain and 5 to 7 days for the Balearic Islands.
Shipping agencies or companies make their pickups at 2:00 PM, so orders received after this time will be counted as next-day orders for delivery times.
Orders will be shipped directly from meikocosmetics.com through their logistics operators.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be applied as follows.
Mainland Spain:
- Orders under 50€: Shipping cost 4.88€
- Orders over 50€: Free shipping
Balearic Islands:
- Orders under 50€: Shipping cost 7€
- Orders over 50€: Free shipping
If there is no one available to receive the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a telephone number that you must call to contact the transport agency. The transport agency does not deliver at set times, and the delivery time will depend on the courier's route. The transport agency will keep your package in their warehouses or collection points for approximately 4 - 5 days before returning it to our facilities.
If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you must contact us by writing to ykerch@gmail.com. From the moment we receive your notification, we will take the appropriate steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.
In any case, we always aim for full customer satisfaction.
Returns
If you find any defective product in your received order, you should contact ykerch@gmail.com.
You may return the merchandise provided that you communicate your intention within five (5) business days after receiving the order and provided that the product has not been used and its packaging is in optimal condition (unsealed or unopened). To do this, you must contact us at ykerch@gmail.com or use our contact section.
Whenever the return is due to product defects, Meiko Cosmetics assumes the shipping costs caused by the return. You may replace it or exchange it for other items.
If the reasons for the return are unrelated to Meiko Cosmetics, i.e., if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition, to our address in Vigo, Spain. The costs incurred for the return will be borne by the customer, and will NOT be covered by Meiko Cosmetics.
If the order is delivered to you with physical damage by the parcel company, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the carrier's employee, indicating that the package shows signs of mistreatment (open, dented, punctured, wet, shrink-wrapped box, etc.). Without this notation, you will be receiving the package in conformity. If the parcel service employee does not allow you to make a note on the delivery manifest, you should NOT accept the package. You should contact us, preferably with photographic evidence of what happened to the package.
